Who is eligible?
You need a genuine job offer from a UK employer with a valid sponsor licence, a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS), a role at RQF Level 3 or above, a salary meeting the threshold for your occupation code (typically £38,700 or the going rate, whichever is higher), and proof you meet the English language requirement at CEFR B1.
Key requirements we check
Certificate of Sponsorship validity and accuracy, that the salary meets the general threshold or a valid tradeable-points exception applies, your English qualification or exempt nationality, tuberculosis test certificate if applying from a listed country, criminal record certificate if required for your occupation, and that maintenance funds are available if your sponsor has not certified them.
