Children joining a parent
Children under 18 can usually be included as dependants on a parent's visa. We ensure proof of parental responsibility, the child's birth certificate, and any required consent from the other parent are all in order.
Adult dependent relatives
This is one of the most difficult routes. The applicant must show they require long-term personal care and cannot obtain it in their home country, even with the financial help of the UK sponsor.
